Under the new rules, if you surrender your Passport and then apply anew, you can use your amended Birth Certificate with your corrected name and gender on it to get around them. Though you may have to spend some time in the US.

This is promising — especially if I return to the US for a year or two after graduation.
Does surrendering my passport entail renouncing citizenship? I can’t find, with a quick google search, a way to surrender it without simultaneously ceasing to be an American citizen.

So that means that Kwyjibo put in to EO That all birth sex on government documents are reflected on your original birth certificate with gender at birth.
So how exactly is this gonna work when it comes to people that have intersex on the birth certificate or an X or what not?
I hope the entire system crashes so that they can’t retrieve this and change the old gender marker for people and revert, gender marker back to the ASAB. This is inciting in this should never be tolerated in Congress and the Senate needs to get author asses and do something about it.
