I am looking at purchasing a rental property in a Pennsylvania. Is there a way to advertise my property to people who are interested in relocating from another state?

You can post the rental property in this community if you'd like. (Please include only the city/town and no street address.)
An individual needs to be a resident of Pennsylvania at least 30 days before the Nov 5 election in order to register to vote in PA, so there is only about two months remaining for someone to qualify to vote in PA as a new state resident.
I'm not aware of another reddit community for rental property postings.
