Hi everyone. :) Can someone please tell me approximately how much does it cost to put two family members as owners of the house. The house owners are my mother, older brother and sister, and we would like to put my younger brother and me as owners as well.

Do you mean add them on the property title ?

If that's the case, I think that you need to make a donation of parts from the others to the two additional persons and you'd better do that through a notary office who will compute the fees and make the update through the ANFCC.

To ease the evaluation of the property's value, you can ask at the DGI, they'll tell you how much they evaluate the price depending on the location of the property (for a donation, they reduced the value from the one I computed myself as to reduce the fees, I was surprised).
