I’m with CFG and quite happy, but I think you (at least I) always have to visit a branch to do the transfers. No need to visit if it’s a standing order (like the same amount every month). Fee wise for EUR they take 0.05% with a 14€ minimum fee + 7€ swift fee both ways (in or out). Similar rates for other currencies. So better to do large transfers when possible.
