Pretty sure Yawgmoth already made the swap to Haywire Mite. Although Cankerbloom is likely better than Outland Liberator, it's definitely not better than Haywire Mite.

Big agree. 1mv is way way better than 2mv.
The life gain and exile are also relevant for Haywire.
