Holy shit this sounds fantastic. I can't dive into just yet but if it does half of what is listed here, it'll be an amazing addition to a lot of subs.

It does everything as advertised and so much more[1] like:

• check against the activity state[2] (removed, stickied, approved, etc.)
• check against the user state[3] (link/comment/total karma, verified, account age, etc..)
• integrates seamlessly[4] with Toolbox User Notes[5] for both checks AND as an action (write notes) to give moderators a sort-of automated private flair system
