View submission: Limitations of rules
I'm aware that the block was around before, and used it before new reddit was ever a thing for reports. It is just annoying to have them be presented on the side. If there's an option to disable that, I'm down with that too.

What, you mean in the new Reddit sidebar? Pretty sure you can't get rid of it except by removing all your rules.
