I understand tis' the season that the reports get spammed to more than hell, but is there a random ETA right now on this? I have reports sitting before thanksgiving with people being underage, personal/confidential information, racial slurs going unnoticed in reports. Usually these issues get taken care of in a day or 2, but now they're hitting the 2 week mark now.

I don't think I've gotten a 'day or 2' response in the past couple years. The only responses I get are canned, meaningless and devoid of context. Usually 2-3 weeks if admins are feeling perky. And that's just the automated response... you can forget about action.

Been waiting 10 days for a response related to a mass murder threat, so I know how you feel.

Thanks for posting - we are currently working through a larger report queue due to the holidays which is why you might be seeing a delay in our response times.
Regarding reporting in general, this is something we’re putting a lot of work into making better and we’ve made a lot of changes to how to report rule-breaking content on reddit in the last year. Please see below to help to make sure that your reports end up in the right place as quickly as possible so that we can take better action:
Most reports of rule violations on reddit can be sent here: https://www.reddit.com/report
It’s also still possible to email contact@reddit.com or modmail r/reddit.com, r/modsupport, or r/redditrequest to get in touch with admins.
One big thing you can do to help us out is to always make sure to choose a report reason that matches the worst thing the user is doing. That may sound kinda weird but reports are prioritized by severity - for example, if someone is a spammer but has also sent harassing modmail, they should be reported for harassment, then use the “additional information” space to include that they are a spammer and anything else they are doing (ban evasion, etc…).
Utilize the “additional information field to provide context for a report. If someone won’t stop modmailing you then add that in the note “they won’t stop modmailing." This extra info helps us make more accurate decisions on actions to take more quickly. It may only save 20 seconds on each report but we receive thousands of reports every day so it really can add up.
Overall, we know we have room for improvement in response times and are working hard towards that goal. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, and please continue to report instances to us as they come up on your radar.

they were there enough to ban me for some garbage right before the holidays.
