Had a trumper at work complaining about the price of eggs today, no kidding. I told him to hang tight, they're going up, and he said "oh, ya, because of that fire".
Deluded to the core. These folks do NOT pay attention to what's going on, just what their talking heads tell them.

Plus, the national sales tax he's proposed. People act like they're all for it without knowing any of the details yet, like how much it will be, and if it will be imposed on necessities such as food and medicine or only on luxury items.
