Get the dental insurance even for short-term. Mine covers removals but not bone grafts. If you have the insurance you should at least be able to get them out. I'm so sorry. Good luck!

Look at going to Mexico or Costa Rica, for care. It’s much cheaper down there. Or even Europe. I got my work done here in the States, but if I had went to Mexico, I could have gotten the work done and taken like a month long vacation on top of it.

I'm in the same boat as you and my heart is only getting worse. I'm in my late 30s. Really wish I could get implants. It hurts so much to eat certain things.

Extractions are like $75 so that would be $600 for you to remove the bad teeth. Dentures are like $1,000. So $1,600 approximately… even if it was double that - why wouldn’t you tell your family and make that a priority. You’re potentially messing with your wives oral health too.
