I left for work at 6:00 this morning, and La Ciénega was closed in both directions just north of the 10. It was incredibly strange, didn't look like any road work was going on.
Thankfully it was early enough that no traffic was able to build up.

I nope'd out of there when I turned into Wilshire this morning. I went up to 6th to find flashing lights further down the street that slowed traffic down, so I went up to 3rd and used that to get to DTLA. Do you know what caused traffic to grind down to a halt around Wilshire/Vermont?
