OK turns out waking up at 4 AM on the opposite coast makes for a long travel day and I ended up crashing way earlier than I expected so no 4AM Brooklyn night for me (I swear I will make up for it today and tomorrow)
But in between I managed to get out for a run and set a new personal best. SIX MINUTE MILE! (5:57 to be exact) Right off a plane and after pizza too, I think I could push closer to 5:30 at home if I trained and was fresher

That's fast. My fastest mile ever was 7:49.
I'm getting back into running so that will be a fun target to aim to beat this summer.
