Oh here we go with ubi*, continuation of the old plan for covid that halted with the trucker convoy.

Are we gonna start with travel restrictions again too as per the aborted "leaked liberal memo"? Is the Canadian government being run by some sort of rogue AI? Their persistence in implementing what was laid out in that email is amazing. Remember when Doug Ford cried over his failure when the police except OPP refused to implement the travel restrictions in April 2021?

A thing to understand is that Trudeau's liberal are currently in a de facto Coup situation to hold on to power with the full complicity of the subsidised medias and that they are indoctrinating the population as if we were at war with the evil USA because a "Wag the Dog" ploy is's the only way the liberals can hope to regain some support in time for the election

For context, Trudeau was days from finally getting voted out by both his own party and the parliament so he announced that he "intends to" resign (nothing written and no fixed date) and he ordered the whole parliament proroged for the next 3 months. Meaning the canadian parliament cannot convene at all and he has every powers available in his personal hands with zero checks and balances. He also cancelled all interviews and conferences with the canadian press but went onto a press tour in the USA the week after that.

Right now, Trudeau and his personnaly chosen successor and friend, the never elected Mark Carney, are running the country from within closed doors with a single objective : staying in power no matter the cost for the country. His governement already litterally doubled our national debt since 2015 just to buy votes, they are obviously planning to repeat their crime; they will arrange to provoke further escalation with the White house tho benefit from the war polling boost polls that always help anyone in power when a conflit start, and then they will start making everyone dependent on their governemnt welfare checks to live. All this for no reason other than as their machinations to hold onto power. I expect covid-style social media censorship is also soon to return for us

People here have lost their minds to this propaganda. The french langage CBC is suggesting we are on the verge of an american military invasion and they at length discuss military invasion scenarios in news bulletins, and others are first degree publically saying things like "let's do to the USA what Ukraine is doing to Russia"..... All the while nobody seems bothered by the fact that our parliament has been shut down to prevent it from doing it's duty (something that never happened anything close to that scale and is meant as an emegency war measure) by the same Trudeau who used Emergency (war) powers against the freedom truckers, yet something else that had never been done in our history except once, by Trudeau's father.... But they keep repeating that "trump is a dictator" thus everything they do is justified to protect us from him. This is beyond Orwellian.

I am surrounded by people who are pissed off about "The Tariffs Trump is doing" many of them convinced that the tariffs are already in place.

Canada, United Kingdom, and Germany seem to be determined to destroy themselves over nonsense. Meanwhile, China is laughing.

Tariffs are bad though, protectionism is economically illiterate.

They should put a mask mandate in place, too; they help with tariffs just as much as they do a respiratory virus
