Hello yall, I’m a massive nerd from down south, we never had good public transport where I lived so I’m very enthusiastic about busses. I got on a bus today and its very high tech and I thought Id share the excitement with everyone :) The coolest part? IT HAS A VOICE TELLING YOU WHAT STOP YOU ARE AT!! Very accessible, super cool and has made my day! Have a wonderful day and I wish you all the chance to experience this super cool bus

Not sure about the announcements but the usb ports and screens have been on Arriva busses for a few years atleast now.

I like the audio announcements on the screen and it would be even better if the screen showed the next 3 stops, rather than just the next stop. It would definitely help me when I get on a bus and can't remember if it terminates at Queen Square or goes further.

The USB ports never work for me 🥲 The announcements are great though. The bus route I take between home and work recently got upgraded.

Give it a week and the screens will have lighter burns on them and the usb ports will have been hollowed out
