What are your thoughts about the Muslim ban, do you’ll think Libya will be on that list again? And how safe is it to visit if Libya won’t be on the ban? As for international students with a valid I-20 and all other documentations!

I-20 holders will never be affected. Simply because students with scholarships are part of the funding process for universities and they’ll never allow that. Talking from a past experience here.
