Aw yeah, Judge Julie Robinson helping everyone out as usual. Throwback to when she sent Kris Kobach back to remedial law school[1]!

He wasn't at the last meeting. That other jackass was (virtually) but he's missed some recently. Sign of a trend or just normal (as I don't keep up on his whereabouts, just watch the comments every once in a while)?

I think they should be able to file a no contact. Then let him virtually attend and comment and when he violates the rules turn off his mic. He can then record and submit the rest his questions and repsonses for that meeting. I'm sure that's probably not legal. I'm all for the second ammendment but I'm also for being able to following normal decorum laws. And when your behavior stops having any point and becomes an obstacle to everyone else's ability to be heard and have reasonable dialog then something needs to be done. They should counter sue and go after him for court costs. I know he can't pay but the second step should be he can't file anymore until paid up. Again probably not legal but just my two cents on options. This way he's not stopped from speaking totally or being silenced just required to do it constructively if he wants to actually be heard and stops incurring any further financial liability for his frivolous lawsuits and mental health difficulties
