It's smart to be cautious. But it's also a great opportunity to protest. If you're concerned, investigate for yourself. Find others who are organizing in the area. Go with your friends. Keep your head on straight when you go - don't do anything you're not comfortable doing, or unsafe. Be smart, be strategic. If you don't feel safe, don't go. But do investigate this for yourself before you decide to go or not, don't let anonymous posts on either side sway you. I suspect this will be an opportunity to meet people and figure out some ways to take action moving forward. We're not going to protest and then be done for next 4 years, this is just the beginning, so go in with your eyes open and brain active, and treat it like the beginning.
