Excuse the fuck out of me, but without the rules changing through Obamacare, my preexisting conditions, one that I’ve had literally 80% of my life, would not be covered. Anything to do with my thyroid prior to the rules changing under Obamacare weren’t covered by my insurance. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was 15. I’ve had migraines since I was SEVEN. Yet treatment was not covered. Anything to do with my back, since I’ve had several surgeries on it, were not covered. Go blow it out your ass about Obamacare. It’s been a life saver for a lot of people, barring people in the insurance industry not denying care anyway.

I should add that I don’t ever condone murder. What happened shouldn’t have, but it got people talking about the disparities in insurance coverage and denials. Nobody should ever be denied medical care or coverage. It shouldn’t be up to some doc in a box cubicle to determine what I need and don’t need. That’s between me and the doctor that is literally treating me. Not one that is looking at a piece of paper and influenced by his boss what to do.
