I got this one. It's balance. The drive to accomplish big things is awesome, but if all you do is work all the time, then that's no good. Spending time with what really matters in life, like you're family, is very important, but no one wants to just sit in a room with their family all day, every day. You need to get out and experience life, maybe some of those big things.
Sitting around and only playing video games for 10 years may have it's appeal and may be fun, but you'll be wishing you had been more productive. Not by anyone else's definition, but your own. You'll wish you had put more work into something and got to the see the fruits of your labor.
Opposite would be a typical workaholic. You could be proud of the promotions and all the money you make, or maybe you invent something wonderful. But if you don't do anything outside of that, do you want them to say at your funeral "this person made a lot of money, but too bad I never saw them or really knew them"?
So, it is the balance that will provide happiness. Too far in either direction and you won't be happy with yourself.
Therefore, my simple answer: balance.

Happiness is a perspective, man. You're as happy as you choose to be.

The secret to happiness is that happiness has some conditions in order for it to come into being. Those conditions are diligence, frugality, and honesty. The reason this is the case is that a happy life is the life where you aren't hungry, worried, and lonely, and when you live with a bright mind. Those three conditions are the necessary things you have to practice in your life in order to get those results.
