I sold an item on eBay to someone in Hong Kong and while trying to input the address, all of the shipping sites I use refuse to take the address. I don’t want to post the address in here but was wondering if I would be able to direct message someone in this group so they could help me format it so that I am able to ship the item out.
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hv you tried contacting the buyer directly?
Like taking a screen cap of the address requirement and hv them fill in properly. Or ask them for an alternative address.

So which part of the address got rejected, such as region, district, zip code? In most cases where they are not the main address lines, just input HK or HKG can make it pass.

We have no postcode/zip code
Just enter 0000

If it's a post/zip code problem, use 999077 which is a general zip code for the entire HKSAR.
