How to include public transit alerts readout as part of my Google Assistant routine?

I have a short routine set up to run as part of my wakeup alarm, it can tell me the weather, but the absolute most useful piece of info would be if it could notify me of any transit alerts for my local public transit service. I've tried a text prompt ("Tell me about any SEPTA transit alerts") but it just says it doesn't understand (me neither, Alexa!). The same prompt works as a spoken voice command, except this just pulls up a browser tab with the search results from the string "SEPTA transit alerts." I would like them *read* aloud the same way the weather is read aloud. Is this too complicated for Assistant? What am I doing wrong?

Yeah that's probably too complicated for it, maybe you could do it with Tasker or Macrodroid?

Or maybe even IFTTT lol, but not sure about that (probably not, it used to be a good tool but now not so much)

If Assistant can recognize the verbal command you might have to keep tweaking and editing the text command in the routine until it understands. There might be some some combination of the words that makes it work?
