I can’t disagree with any of this. I think that the biggest issue is the chaos being generated. Economic markets can handle a lot of things as long as they know what’s going on. In this case there is little to no plan and that’s showing in the reactions of the markets.

I agree that lack of a plan is a critical issue. The markets may be chaotic at times but they do not like chaos - they need to know *what* they are reacting to. The economy is ordered and does not process chaos well.

Limited chaos could be conducive for disrupting an industry to encourage competition but should be organic due to new technologies or services.
