$5 for a small digital icon? Couldn't you do this for *free* on the old reddit design?
I understand that you guys want to monetize the site but it's still crazy to me how much value certain digital content apparently has.

It looks like it's going to be $5 per subreddit per month that you want to have this "special membership" for.
Also mods can obviously still ban you as they see fit...so yeah....
