I know a lot of people do that, and it can be fun, but I simply can't. Every single skin has a totally complete look, and every piece is chosen for them. I won't even buy a skin if I don't think I can't make a complete outfit. I even customize the cars to match.

U can save character loadouts, and randomize your loadout so u use more skins but it's still using the sets cosmetics
