The 'rumor' is that they want to purposefully trash the stock market and while things are down/cheap, entities loyal to him will buy up a bunch of shit, and then they have some 'plan' to revive the economy at a later date, with appropriate excuses etc... allowing them (deep state? I dunno) to reap billion$ when stock values go back up.
Not my theory, just some shit I saw floating around.

Many countries are trying to decoupled from America in many aspect, and they have been trying to do that for a while now. why would so many countries turn to china or becoming a bit more isolationist? I mean look at American politics.

You're assuming these countries would risk 100% tariffs—they won't. The tariffs are a strategic threat to keep BRICS nations on the dollar, and it's a threat that will probably work. As a result, BRICS nations are unlikely to move away from the dollar before 2028. This means the threatened tariffs won't crash the economy because they won't actually be implemented.
