Ok so we announced this[1] late last night. It has had a very mixed reception with a lot of people thinking it was some type of April Fools joke (bad timing I know). So I have decided we shouldn't move to the discord. The Discord will stay open for those that want it but the sub will also be here. The other mods haven't pitched in yet but I'm sure once they see the community response they will be all for keeping the sub.

Wait so no joke you were totally serious? Ok this raises more questions than answers. Don't get me wrong I like the lounge and use it when I'm watching live but the idea of trying to move the entire community over there sounded, quite honestly, too ridiculous to not be a joke, especially since you thought best to only give people 24-Hours of notice on this.
Unless I'm being dumb and this WAS a joke from the start in which case you are a master of Mind-Fucking good sir, and you are 10 steps ahead while I Literally don't know what game you are playing...

Even if you wanted to take some big decisions, do it when the season is over not midway like this. I don't see why we cannot have both these places to discus the show, I already have a so many accounts at so many different places that my head spins. I just do not want to make another account anywhere. Reddit is so convenient, I can catch some news, discuss some science, and just check out all the development happening on my favorite show.
Have all other places wherever you wanna discuss the show, but let this be as it is. Frankly this whole idea was terrible, and it will be terrible for centuries. Now with an extended break let the shitposting commence.
