Well, looking at the wording of the EoD version it only says "access to all future DLCs".

Which technically this temporary access fits into. Have they mentioned it is permanent access anywhere? Think BSG found a loophole otherwise.

Gamma suddenly not being unique will hold some weight in a legal sense though. Unless they have found loopholes for that too.

True, but it doesn't change the fact that companies and individuals who sell products, but operate on "technicality" can suck a dick.

I mean TECHNICALLY speaking offline mod and even Arena are not DLC so they should just take them away from EOD buyers. Offline mod is an added feature, Arena is a standalone game.

If they added a new map and sold it to you as a separate bundle for 75 bucks that would be a dlc since it's hard to argue that a whole in-game zone that you can buy is not a DLC.
