View submission: the update regarding EOD edition
I still don't understand how EFT manages 15+ minute queues while Dark and Darker literally never goes above ~10 SECONDS of queue time despite having only a fraction of the players.

I assume how Dark and Darker does Server Regions, obviously better Netcode, and it likely doesn't try to fill the lobby as hard as EFT does
Less players also means less total server instances that the backend has to "monitor" and keep track of.
If Dark and Darker also doesn't have anything equivalent to scavs, then the player count can't go up and drag the raid out as easily, so less instances in general means more free slots.
Tarkov used to have 3-4mins maximum plus load time for HDD players if you were unlucky, but then Twitch Drops happened and the MM sorta went to shit

I've never had more than a 3-4 minute queue in tarkov, and I bought it day 1 EoD was available. Do you not have EoD?
