Start with the remote and checkbook. Then mop. Register if you don’t use the white panda yet. Pickaxe is ok early if you watch a lot of ads for gems, but eventually you’ll earn gems faster by playing cities than watching ads. The key card later because it’s so expensive. The tip jar/piggy later also. The ones to completely avoid are the hourglass, knife, and briefcase.

Pickaxe. The most important currency in the game is gems and the pick axe helps you get more. Then open the rest up and go with the checkbook because it shortens the amount of time for each city the best for the value IMO.
