Any psychologists here? What type of therapy should i be looking for for infidelity, betrayal trauma, childhood trauma, marriage?

You could try trauma counseling, specifically, or try a clinical psychologist as they usually help with those different traumas, as well.

Go to any psychologist and see if it’s a good fit. If not ask for a referral.

Sometimes just speaking about what happened helps... Don't have to include any personal details... Or maybe just say how you feeling... There's an awesome community here. You stronger than you think, time heals, pain won't get less, you just get stronger/ harder...

Not sure which part of Durban you are in but there are 2 psychologists in chatsmed hospital. I went to one but each visit was R3300 for an hour...crazy but if youre willing to pay it go for it. I go to a trauma trauma counsellor who is really really good so i can provide her details if you let me know which part of durban youre in
