Proposal:

Set 5% of the monthly Moon supply aside for marketing initiatives.

This portion of Moons would be used to fund strategic campaigns that aim to increase the visibility of Moons, drive user adoption, and enhance the overall value proposition for Moons in Reddit's communities.

Not really thought through - but add in a monthly roulette type event to feed further into it - eg: 20 moons entry, winner takes half the pool, and the other half goes into the marketing pot.
