View submission: Abandon all CCIPs related to karma calculation for distributions.
A few prior proposals of CCIPs I thought would be important for the purpose of karma calculation were scrapped as
1. Mods wanted to rerun this poll
2. We don't want to immediately overcomplicate getting distributions up and running. Some of these CCIPs can be reinstated once we have a functional distribution system up and running, that we can then tweak to bring some of these back with community votes.
