Any time it's gotten close to 99 recently it just pops back up. I've been waiting all month to dump extra cash if it goes to the 90's but no like in Jan.

tldr; Bitcoin (BTC) achieved its first six-digit monthly close, ending January at $102,400 on Bitstamp. Despite a last-minute price drop due to macroeconomic volatility, Bitcoin closed above the $100,000 mark. Analysts remain optimistic, with February historically being a strong month for Bitcoin, often seeing double-digit gains. The post-halving February is expected to continue this trend, potentially leading to a monthly close around $117,000. However, investment decisions should be made with caution and thorough research.

These tariffs are about to nuke the stock market... we'll see if BTC follows or decouples. My bet is that BTC takes a pretty bad hit too.

Some event will cause the crypto market to crash or BTC will eventually pass 110 and beyond. The last month the price has just been waiting to see which one, could easily stay like this for many more months too.
