vitalik.eth is the address 0xd8da6bf26964af9d7eed9e03e53415d37aa96045. The same address/private key will work on any EVM chain, but vitalik.eth only works Ethereum L1. If he wanted to use that same address on Polygon, he'd need to buy a Polygon specific id. If he wanted to use it on Avalanche he'd need a Avalanche ID.

Is there work being done on creating a single, multichain (or at least EVM-compatible chain) id system that addresses the reality that one address can be on multiple chains?

Can you guys talk about how you have seen use evolve over the years, in terms of cases for these domains as well as number of users if possible or other metrics? Also, how close are we to being able to use these domains as URLs for websites in major browsers? Are we there yet? Getting closer?

Why was every domain name ridiculously expensive, did you buy/keep all the good ones to sell them at a premium?

I’ll be shilling Moon domains when they launch so am curious what is your sales pitch for domains in general?

What key factors do you find most effective when telling people about domains and why they should own one?

Hey! Can’t wait to buy some MOON domains.

What wallets support your domains natively? Have you thought about launching a wallet service yourself? Are you looking at any other L2s to support minting of domains?

Hi, thank you for doing this AMA, can you tell us more about your partnership with MetaMask? What features does it being? Is it exclusive with MM or are you hoping for partnerships with other major wallets in the future?

Do you have any partnerships with hardware wallets, or are you planning to?

I am very happy to see Unstoppable Domains patnering with one of the largest crypto communities on the internet, tothe.moon everybody!

My question: how many chains do you support and can one domain name be used on all of them?

First of all, thanks for coming on here. I am very excited about the developing partnership with the sub and the .moon domains in particular.

Can we have some additional info about that?

Also, what is the next step for your platform, and are you happy with this year's progress?

If it's all decentralized on-chain, what is your solution to domain or sub-domaining hijacking?

I think that this AMA can actually be a great way for you to introduce yourself to this crypto community. Can you explain in a few words what a web3 domain is and what it does?

Some might have heard of ENS but not of UD yet (actually you can also buy a .eth address on UD if I’m not mistaken?), can you tell us if there is any difference between UD and ENS other than the much wider selection you offer?
