Gotta start somewhere and I believe a lot of people incorrectly quote a lot of driving laws

I used to work as a driver license examiners.
Some people may incorrectly quote driving laws, but very few would fail a driving test. Most everyone knows to follow traffic signals, pull out of a place safely, use turn signals etc... The problem isn't that they don't know these things.
The problem is that they don't care enough when they're not tested.
