There's an integer buffer error on orange smartie count at the moment. It will be fixed in the next patch, along with the removal of 'France' after much negative feedback.

They make orange-only tubes of Smarties over the Christmas period. Presumably the excess from those batches that doesn't get packaged and sold is put into regular Smarties tubes, causing an excess of orange compared to other colours.
