View submission: What is the most overrated vacation destination?
Yes the parks are fun. But growing up in FL and knowing people from Orlando/staying there, it's a normal Florida city and also has a lot of just plain suburban Florida. Sobifnyoure from around here there's not much to see we haven't seen elsewhere. It can seem amazing people will fly from across the world to see what you've seen. Orlando does have lots of beautiful lakes, swamps, some great places to eat , some unique shops. It's just Florida. It seems sometimes like someone just cut and pasted the same stuff over and over. Every city has some unique things, but you hafta weed through all the same stuff you have at home. Orlando does get great shows though. Literally the best shows.
