View submission: What’s the weirdest “unwritten rule” everyone just follows?
In a men's restroom you always leave an empty urinal between you and someone else, unless there is no other choice.

Ah yes, the 1, 3, 5, 2, 4 principle. For those unfamiliar, assume 5 urinals in a line, 1 being closet to the door and 4 being the furthest. The first person to arrive takes #1, the 2nd person takes #3 as this reduces the risk of 'stage fright' or the inability to pee when someone is standing too close. The 3rd person takes #5 for the same reason. Person 4 takes #2 and person 1 and 3 should be in mid flow by this point, person 5 takes #4 for the same reason
