View submission: What’s the weirdest “unwritten rule” everyone just follows?
I don't see it as silly. I would expect to see the roots of various cultural and traditional behaviors in instincts, and what you're talking about I see as a step between instinctive behavior to up/down nods we seem to have so ingrained in us right now.
