Same. It’s because ADHD looks similar on the surface (at least in my case) so someone thought, I suppose reasonably at the time, that all we had in common meant that we had the same condition.

But then that same person with Bipolar accused me of having mental health issues when they were manic and behaving not so great, leading to someone doing a review and checking I was ok. It was quite upsetting as it then was quite proactive in discrediting me and undermining me and left me in quite a bind as I then felt I couldn’t say anything about their behaviour and be believed. But I did when I left.

I do also have ADHD and my spectrum friends think I might be on the Autism spectrum. But then I just ask "but is it the CPTSD or autism?"
