The one at the centre is Amitabha Buddha.

This painting appears to depict Amitayus Buddha. However, the two retinues—bodhisattvas—and Amitayus Buddha's mudras do not correspond with him. Shakyamuni Buddha typically reveals one shoulder, while Amitayus Buddha covers both. Interesting. Is it an old painting?

Like u/clubspadina says, this is almost certainly an Amitabha Triad[1]. The Bodhisattva on the right has a Buddha (Amitabha) in their headdress, while the other has a vase. This shows they are Avalokiteśvara and Mahasthamaprapta. While I don't recognize the mudras of the Buddha, with those two Bodhisattvas it's essentially guaranteed that the central Buddha is Amitabha.

It seems like a imitation of this Amitaba from Zenko-Ji.

In my opinion it did not do a good job.

In Chinese Buddhism and subsequent spread to Japanese Buddhism, the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara and Mahasthamprapta often times are depicted the same as female forms.

The differece is the iconography on their headdresses.

Avalokitesvara's headdress should depict a Buddha and Mahasthamprapta's headdress should depict a bottle.

These details aren't very clear in this picture for me because I can't tell what's on their headdresses.

But as always you can identify the Amitabha with his mudra, hand gestures, as long as he's standing.

Amida (Amitabha) Buddha, likely flanked by Manjushri and Mahasthamaprapta Bodhisattva's.

if it is from Japan, usually it is Amitabha Buddha. The 2 Bodhisattvas next to him are likely Avalokitesvara and Mahasthamaprapta. Source: https://harvardartmuseums.org/collections/object/198021[1][2]

What I cannot identify is the hand gesture displayed by Amitabha, which does not seem to be common amongst other statues
