Putin literally pays millions and millions of dollars for misinformation campaigns to support Donald Trump. He may *say* he endorses Harris, but that isn't the truth of the matter, and idg why you'd believe anything the ex-spy who specializes in psyops would say publicly.
He needs Trump in office so he can stop the US in funding Ukraine's war effort, giving Putin the leverage he needs to call for a truce in the war, because his best case scenario is freezing the war as it is right now and allowing him to keep what he's already stolen.
