Advice:

• Stay away from crypto, only focus on bitcoin
• learn bitcoin (eg, read the bitcoin standard)
• DCA bitcoin and HODL for as long as you can (but at least four years)
• Every 0.05 btc or so, transfer your coins to cold storage
• Continue to learn about bitcoin
