Anyone who thinks that looks dry doesn't know brisket. They only know the Instagram/YouTube visual trends. Dry brisket flakes/crumbles when sliced. Those pics are the exact opposite.

If you bought this from Franklin bbq, then you carved it upside down. Point should be on top, flat on bottom.

Would also explain why the bark looks dodgy; it’s the side that was squashed by the grill grates.
