Decisions.
Being a kid at heart: the adult inside of me has the authority. The kid inside of me can voice its opinion and the adult may or may not go with the idea of the kid.
Being immature: the kid is in charge and the adult can't control it. When the kid wants to yell out of anger, we yell, even if we know better.
