View submission: Do you eat your 5 a day?
I've been on Reddit an embarrassingly long time and I didn't think to see if there was a subreddit!
At the moment my weeks are rotating between mixed salads, stir fry, soup and curry. All homemade and with various ingredients, usually aiming to use up as much from my fridge/freezer/cupboards as possible!
The thing that's setting me back is that I do eat the same meals several days in a row, I don't like to cook every day and I'm not planning to change that. So even though I'm eating well, my numbers don't look great.
There's nothing here!
