View submission: Do you eat your 5 a day?
5 a day almost every day, sometimes up to 10. Usually it will be around 3 servings of veg, 1 or 2 servings of legume/bean (black beans, tofu, hummus etc) then 3 or 4 servings of fruit.
Fruits and vegetables are important, eat em up.
