You’d be surprised! When I started recording my 30 plants I was surprised to see how easy it was. I start the week on Monday and I’m usually over 30 by midday Wednesday. After that it’s mostly repeats so they don’t count.

Mind you, I’m vegetarian so I guess that helps!

Probably easier than you think. You can have 5-6 in a stir fry then another 5-6 with a cooked dinner.

Think herbs, nuts, seeds, and beans as well as Mediterranean fruits like peppers & tomatoes & all the different leafy greens!

spices, tea, whole grains, dark chocolate, herbs, beans, and nuts all count. It all adds up. Each variety of apple for instance counts as a separate plant food as they contain different chemicals.

Herbs and spices count.
