I definitely do. Eating healthily is the one thing I can actually do well. I prepare all my meals from scratch so that involves a lot of fresh vegetables, and as much variety as possible so it could be practically anything. Yesterday I had an oat based breakfast, a massive amount of salad for lunch and in the evening I made Scotch broth (carrot, turnip, onion, leek, peas, barley, lentils, homemade stock) and had a baked sweet potato with broccoli and stilton topping and some asparagus because I felt like being a bit fancy. I try to avoid most forms of sugar so if I have a dessert it's usually fresh fruit based. Not sure how well that answers your question but what I eat is very different each day so it's hard to generalise. Probably wouldn't be to everyone's taste either.
