View submission: Do you eat your 5 a day?
Easily over, I snack on fruit, each meal is at least 1/3 vegetables. I add as many vegetables to every meal as possible as it makes the meal bigger, more varied and therefore more enticing. If a recipe or meal doesn’t call for a lot of vegetables I always have a portion of steamed veg on the side. Growing up each meal had to have a protein, carb and veg so I’m used to it

Even if I have a takeout I make myself a side salad or steamed veg on the side. I just like the freshness to cut through the yummy but greasy food aha. Also again it makes meals bigger and I was born with a bigger appetite
